Bubbly Soap Pony

This is for 's "Design a Pony" Contest and I have gotten it finished at the very last minute!!
I had completely forgotten I had started this entry and then panicked. Haha!!

The theme of the contest was to use Ribbonheart's pre-made blank pony base and decorate it/make it into your own unique design.
I went completely mad here as you can see, and my obsession with bubbles always knows there are no bounds.

I really don't mind if I don't win, it was more like a promise I made to Ribbonheart to help support her contest! I have insane morals!

EDIT: I came 2nd place, OMG!!! ;o; So happy!!
