This is my birthday drawing to :iconsteffne:! :D :heart:
I am also sending her one of my lolita dress sets (she is going to look super cute in it! =P), but I wanted her to have a surprise as well even if it was a day late. :aww:

I think I may have missed one or two details on this character, haha!! ^^; But she's always so fun to draw nevertheless. :D :star:

BTW *steffne is currently moving home and doesn't have internet yet, so she's going to see a whole barrage of birthday gifts soon! :laughing:
