Neko Sempaiby *Princess-Peachie

came 3rd in my art competition, and so as her prize she wanted me to draw a little picture of her character Neko-Sempai!

Because I felt bad about the extended wait, I decided to animate Neko instead of just making him a still vector.

White is hard to shade. =_=;
